Recruitment

Headhunting
We also called Headhunting Executive Search, although it is very often incorrectly referred to as Recruitment or Sourcing). Headhunting refers to the process of finding highly-skilled, hard-to-find candidates, especially for executive-level roles. Normally, headhunters will approach both workers, who are actively looking for a new job or active candidates and workers who aren’t actively looking for a new job or passive candidates, once a good match is identified. This process can either help with the entire recruitment process or focus on contacting and screening candidates only.

Recruitment is synonymous with Talent Acquisition. In general, Recruitment is mostly about filling positions, while Talent Acquisition focuses on matching employers with prominent talent, building and nurturing relationships with them, and promoting the hiring company as a positive employer.
